Masseria Jabali was born from a simple, powerful idea: what if a place could heal both people and the land? Our founder, Naomi, witnessed the need for a more humane, vibrant approach to elder care while settling her own father in Puglia. An agroecologist by training, she saw a clear connection between the health of our soil and the vitality of our elders.
We are not just a care home that happens to be on a farm. We are a fully integrated ecosystem. The food grown on our land nourishes our residents. The daily rhythms of the farm provide purpose and therapeutic activity. And the entire community is strengthened by providing meaningful careers to new Europeans. This is a new story for rural Puglia—one of regeneration, dignity, and shared prosperity.
